Picture Day will occur on Thursday, March 25th for 7th graders and Friday, March 26th for 8th graders. We are very excited about this event and would like you to be aware of the following in order to ensure we have a safe orderly event for everyone. Please view the information below:
- All safety protocols will be adhered at all times. Participants will be expected to wear a mask, maintain social distancing, have their temperature taken, etc. Special Note: If you or your student have symptoms related to COVID-19, we ask that you stay home and contact the school during its office hours. We will discuss potential options for you.
- Please be aware that all pictures will be taken inside our GYM off Carlin Avenue. Here is the protocol:
- Students are to arrive at their designated time based on their last name in a blue or white collared shirt if possible. (Please see the attached flyer) Parking will be available under the solar panels if needed.
- Only students will be allowed to proceed to the gym to take their picture.
- Upon completion, students will exit the gym and receive their Learning Kit.
- Payment of pictures will be done by accessing the link on the flyer PRIOR TO PICTURE DAY.
We encourage that all students take their picture so it can be placed in our yearbook. If you have any questions about the contents in this letter, please feel free to contact us during our office hours at 310-603-1466, Monday through Friday.

El día de las fotografías se llevará a cabo el Jueves 25 de Marzo para los del grado 7 y el Viernes 26 de Marzo para los del 8. Estamos muy entusiasmados con este evento y nos gustaría que estuviera al tanto de lo siguiente para asegurarnos de que tengamos un evento ordenado y seguro para todos. Consulte la siguiente información:
- Todos los protocolos de seguridad se seguirán en todo momento. Se espera que los participantes usen un tapabocas, mantengan el distanciamiento social, se tomen la temperatura, etc. Nota especial: Si usted o su estudiante tienen síntomas relacionados con COVID-19, le pedimos que se quede en casa y se comunique con la escuela durante sus horas de oficina. Discutiremos las posibles opciones para usted.
- Tenga en cuenta que todas las fotografías se tomarán dentro de nuestro GYM en Carlin Avenue. Aquí está el protocolo:
- Los estudiantes deben llegar a la hora designada en base a su apellido con una camisa de cuello azul o blanca si es posible. El estacionamiento estará disponible debajo de los paneles solares si es necesario.
- Solo los estudiantes podrán ir al gimnasio para tomarse la foto.
- Al finalizar, los estudiantes saldrán del gimnasio y recibirán su kit de aprendizaje.
- El pago de las fotografías se realizará accediendo al enlace del volante ANTES DEL DÍA DE LA TOMA DE LA FOTOGRAFÍA.
